The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in all aspects of data analytics, including mining, generation, and visualization. Additionally, this person should be committed to transforming data into readable, goal-oriented reports that drive innovation and growth.
Who You Are
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills and an ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into viable recommendations.
- Experience with end-to-end management and ownership of high-priority initiatives and comfortable working on multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Fast learner and self-starter, comfortable working in ambiguity, with strong strategic and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to make sound business decisions by combining several factors to arrive at the best outcome for a given situation; ability to create a compelling narrative using data and insights and share with a broader audience.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate issues and influence others, including experience communicating complex information to senior leaders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
- Expertise in advanced SQL and Python.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, or equivalent.
- Technical expertise in data models, segmentation, and prediction techniques.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
