شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking an experienced International Flight Supply Chain Commercial Expert to lead our international flights business at SnappTrip. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for negotiating and finalizing contracts, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with all our partners and analyzing market data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and improve relations with international flight suppliers, including Iranian and foreign airlines and agencies.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform and improve negotiation strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Analyze and generate monthly and quarterly reports for the Commercial Manager, providing valuable insights and data-driven recommendations for improving supply chain efficiency and profitability.
  • Conduct regular and daily market and competitor research, leveraging data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the support team to solve problems and ensure seamless operations, using data to support troubleshooting and decision-making processes.
  • Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to foster productive relationships with suppliers.
  • Demonstrate expertise in ticket issuing, re-issuing, and voiding, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of market players and cultivate strong relations with suppliers, including airlines and agencies.
  • Contribute to a data-oriented and analysis-driven environment, balancing and prioritizing multiple deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in flight supply, either in an OTA or a reputable offline agency.
  • Proven track record of strong negotiations and communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and presentation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and utilization, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and key industry players.
  • Detail-oriented and hardworking, capable of thriving in a fast-paced data-driven environment.
