The Business Line Owner for Visa, CIP, and Insurance services is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of high-end, personalized Visa and CIP (Commercially Important Person) services. Without a direct team, this role requires hands-on management of all aspects of service delivery, from client engagement to operational execution. This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage relationships, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure seamless service for discerning clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
- Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
- Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
- Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, using this information to inform strategic decisions.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
- Monitoring, recording, and directing business's revenue and spending
- leads the development and maintenance of pricing systems, databases, and tools to meet profit goals, comply with company policies, and adhere to customer agreements.
- Forming and communicating with the product and technical team to optimize the roadmap of the Visa product
Requirements:
- Proven experience as business manager or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
- Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
- BSc/Ba in Business Management or relevant field is a plus
