Roles and Responsibilities:

Analyze complex business problems and determine a business solution.
Using data modelling techniques to identify ways in which an organization can operate more effectively.
Gather data and analyze business and user needs.
formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.
Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems.
Explore different solutions, their risks, benefits and impacts.
Creating documents to outline the proposed changes and the steps involved.
Enable effective decision-making by providing insights from multiple sources
Maintain performance management system, set KPIs, monitor results, provide feedback and improve performance of each team member
Set clear goals for each team member
Managing within-team conflicts
Recognize and use various methods to acknowledge the success of team members
Enable and develop technical and soft skills of team members

Requirements and Skills:

Minimum four years of BA experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics is preferred
Good understanding in at least one of the followings: Microsoft Power BI or Meta base/QlikView/T-SQL
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other data consolidation and presentation tools
Understanding business functional areas
Problem Solving Skills
High Proficiency with Python
SQL is Preferred
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
Data Modeling Expertise for Business Analysis in E-commerce
Skilled in using various methods for demand forecasting in the e-commerce sector
