شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will find yourself professionally challenged with the ability to identify top talent while building relationships with hiring managers. With a proven full-cycle recruitment process that focuses on mutual fit and candidate experience, our team is helping to build innovative teams of passionate members that are revolutionizing the Travel Industry.



Responsibilities:

  • Consult and support hiring Managers to recruit the best available talents for vacant positions in the Business Departments.
  • Develop with hiring managers a recruiting strategy for each position.
  • Counseling managers on interviewing process and best practices.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Build networks, and create contacts in the industry to find qualified passive candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation, orientation, and training are completed.
  • Conducting candidate interviews (Phone, online,…) and reference checks, extending job offers, and serving as point-person for candidates and new hires
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Compile and deliver weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on recruitment and selection.
  • Prepare documentation for the hiring process

 Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist
  • Experience of recruitment of developers is a must
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum a year of experience in recruitment (Tech Industry background preferred)
  • BSc or Master's degree from accredited university in relevant fields (Human Resources Management/ Psychology (I/O), MBA) is an asset
  • English fluency is a definite asset
