Design all aspects of the product lifecycle, including user research, UX design, visual design, and prototyping.
Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams to define problems that lead to UX solutions.
Create and validate concepts with end-users and turn insights into features and actionable deliverables.
Produce deliverables for every stage of the design process like interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual assets for web and mobile
Run various user tests including the Usability tests and A/B tests to validate and iterate during the design cycle.
Documenting the design decision making process and able to back up the decisions with qualitative data
Review what is being developed in early stage and keep the feedback loop as small as possible for the team

Requirements:

3+ years of relevant experience in consumer product design.
Experience working with Design and Prototyping Tools like Figma or Sketch.
Proven experience designing at tech companies and delivering great products which are used by real users.
Experience designing products and features for multiple platforms including desktop, PWA, and native apps.
Able to work independently based on minimal direction.
Excellent communication skills together with analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
Desire to constantly advance your work and attend to all the details.
Understand the balance between perfect design and getting to market
