Description:
Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
Install and update company software and hardware as needed
Branch facilities management - such as Building Services contact, Conference Room, Technology, Branch Network Troubleshooting, device and security management, order devices for contracted Advisors, return devices for terminated advisors, device Swap,phone set up, case forwarding and new advisor tech set up consisting of establishing and resetting passwords allowing new advisor to gain access to Equitable systems and Mobile device enrollment.
Install and configure wireless hubs, routers, switches, and various transmission media, server hardware and software, and ensure the proper installation and configuration of workstation hardware and software for efficient operation on the network.
Support continuous monitoring and improvement efforts through traffic reviews and identification of potential configuration updates
Provide Help Desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
Assists in both the IT support functional role and Enterprise Applications support functional role to identify and resolve critical system issues to minimize impact to business operations (In collaboration with Team.)
Plans creates and maintains the appropriate documentation, inventory assessments, and procedures related to the administration of the applications.

Requirements:
Working knowledge of the following:
Google Administration.Google Apps: Gmail, Google Drive,...
Atlassian Products Administration. Jira, Confluence, ...
VMware or similar virtualization technology. (Vmware is a priority )
Internet protocols, VPN and Firewalls.
Network troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintenance tools and techniques.
Encryption and Certificates.
Active Directory and LDAP integration.
Voip Technology
SQL servers and SQL query language.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver multiple assignment task time, and maintain an efficient/timely daily work schedule.
The ability to effectively document technical work.
Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage:
Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) A+
CompTIA Network+
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA)
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification.
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
Any Type of VMware certifications)
