At Vibe, we are looking for a professional PHP developer experienced in developing and customizing WordPress plugins. If you’re passionate about writing clean code, creating custom plugins, and optimizing WordPress site performance, we’re excited to have you on board.
Vibe Company operates in the financial technology (FinTech) sector, aiming to simplify access to installment-based purchases. Our mission is to provide customers with an easy, transparent, and hassle-free shopping experience for goods and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom WordPress plugins
- Add new features to existing plugins
- Fix bugs and optimize code for speed and security
- Collaborate with the design team to implement precise UI elements
- Document code and train the internal team on plugin usage
- Work with WordPress hooks, filters, short codes, and the REST API
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong command of PHP programming
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of the WordPress core architecture
- Hands-on experience in developing at least two WordPress plugins
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiar with MySQL databases and query writing
- Experience with Git and collaborative team environments
- Understanding of plugin security and performance optimization principles
