• Manage and facilitate Agile / Scrum processes within product and engineering teams
• Plan, track, and coordinate tasks, sprints, and priorities across teams
• Organize and facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective meetings
• Help teams clarify requirements, break down work into actionable tasks, and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain continuous coordination between engineering, product, business teams, and other stakeholders
• Identify execution bottlenecks and follow up to resolve blockers to ensure smooth workflow
• Support the CTO / Technical Lead with operational follow-ups, coordination, and execution management
• Maintain and update project documentation and progress in project management tools
• Contribute to improving team processes, increasing efficiency, and optimizing workflows
• Prepare project status reports, task progress updates, and key performance metrics for management

• At least 4 years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar positions
• Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how product and engineering teams operate
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable tasks
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
• High level of accountability, ownership, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prepare reports, documentation, and coordinate cross-team activities

• Ability to understand and communicate across technical, product, and business domains
• Strong task management and execution mindset, ensuring work moves forward to completion
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage blockers effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in startup-like, fast-growing environments
