To strengthen its Support and Operation Team, Parspooyesh is looking for engineers with the following qualifications as Team Tech Lead
The company is open from Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am to 5 pm
Job Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in the large-scale network
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer, IT, or Telecom Engineering
Excellent understanding of networks, including Routing, Switching, Firewall
Hands-on experience with Software Maintenance and Support Service
Hands-on experience with ticketing and SLA management system (Atlassian product suit - Jira/Service Desk - is a plus)
Hands-on experience with Linux
Hands-on experience with RDBMS is a plus
Great at organizing, prioritizing, multitasking
Excellent collaboration with team and documentation skills
Acceptable oral and written communication skills in English
Telecom experience is a plus
