Product Manager / Lead developer
We are looking for a full-time Leadership for our developer in our new office in Tehran.
Requirements
- You know and live state-of-the-art SW development methods and processes such as Kanban/ Scrum and Jira
What you'll do
- (HR) Manage the current developer team of 5 (next year will be on 10. raised) in Tehran
- Don't just create tasks or features in Jira for the team, but also test the feature after the developer has finished and approved the acceptance criteria
- Manage and establish the Scrum flow of the team
- Manage and establish the Development flow in the team
Mission-critical experiences
- Fluent English
- At least 3 years experience of Leading / Managing such a team

- Software development background
