شرح موقعیت شغلی

Position: DevOps team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and driven DevOps team Lead to take charge of our DevOps practices and infrastructure. If you are experienced in cloud infrastructure, automation, and leading teams, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the DevOps team, ensuring best practices in automation, deployment, and infrastructure management.
  • Collaborate with development and IT teams to streamline and automate processes for enhanced efficiency.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to support reliable software delivery.
  • Oversee the health, performance, and availability of our systems by implementing monitoring tools and proactive measures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues, providing on-call support when required.
  • Implement and enforce configuration management practices using tools like Ansible, Docker, and GitLab.
  • Manage and optimize both SQL and NoSQL databases to meet performance and scalability needs.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong expertise in modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline development and management.
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible, Docker, GitLab, Azure, and Git Flow.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, and the ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues effectively.
  • Solid experience managing SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Availability to provide on-call support when required.
Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Completed military service (for male applicants).
  • Preferred age below 45 years.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
