Job Description:
We are looking for a Business development manager to join one of the Zagros Group Ventures, who operates in the field of travel and tourism products & services. (Provide, Distribute, Marketing & Sales).
Roles & responsibilities:
1. Developing and implement business strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming at accelerating growth.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc...).
3. Build detailed cost- benefit financial analysis models on different business problems and propose solutions accordingly.
4. Prepare comprehensive business presentations both in English and in Farsi.
5. Define all processes in the commercial team and revise them to find an efficient way of working.
6. Collaborate with cross- functional teams that support business needs, including finance, process, marketing, product and tech to ensure processes are in place for flawless execution.
7. Work closely with the product team to improve products in line with company targets.
8. Monitor competitor's behavior in the market, their strategy, their new products, etc.
9. Collaborate closely with the marketing team in order to ensure the alignment of sales and marketing activities.
10. Make decisions in critical situations and help the team to work under pressure.
11. Report team performance to MD and managers through a comprehensive presentation.
Requirements:

5. Data driven with robust analytical skills.
6. Master degree in Business, Management, MBA.
7. Proven experience in business, development management or similar roles, working in tourism companies and development teams.
