استخدام Risk Management Specialist (Financial Markets Operations)

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are expanding our Risk & Operations division within an international financial infrastructure environment and are looking for highly analytical, detail-oriented professionals capable of operating in fast-paced and mission-critical conditions.

Mission:
Support and strengthen the organization’s operational and financial risk-control infrastructure by monitoring exposures, identifying vulnerabilities, and contributing to the development of scalable risk-management frameworks.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control operational limits including transaction, exposure, withdrawal, and liquidity limits
  • Identify and prevent risks caused by operational, human, or system-related failures
  • Manage crisis situations such as delays, transaction failures, network congestion, or operational disruptions
  • Identify, analyze, and assess different categories of risk including financial, operational, liquidity, and credit risks
  • Assist in the design and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks
  • Define, monitor, and evaluate Key Risk Indicators (KRI)
  • Perform scenario analysis and stress testing
  • Prepare analytical and operational risk reports for senior management
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Technical, and Legal teams to mitigate risks
  • Monitor regulatory requirements and support compliance-related processes
  • Participate in process optimization and organizational risk-control improvements
Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative mindset
  • Ability to work comfortably with operational data, reports, and numerical analysis
  • Solid understanding of risk management principles within financial-market environments
  • Familiarity with operational risk management in trading or exchange infrastructures
  • Understanding of hedging strategies and risk mitigation methodologies
  • Experience with risk analysis tools, reporting systems, or scenario modeling is a strong advantage
  • High attention to detail and logical decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to operate efficiently under pressure and in time-sensitive environments
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets required
Candidates with strong analytical capabilities and operational awareness will be prioritized.
Professional onboarding and internal operational training will be provided where necessary.

Working days are Monday through Friday, while Saturday and Sunday are weekends.
