شرح موقعیت شغلی

A Blockchain Developer is a key contributor to the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable, and innovative decentralized solutions. He(s) will play a critical role in building blockchain-based systems while working closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, product managers, and security engineers.

Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum or other blockchain platforms.
  • Build and maintain decentralized applications that interact with smart contracts.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate blockchain components into user-facing applications.
  • Ensure code quality through comprehensive testing, documentation, and adherence to best practices.
  • Optimize smart contracts for performance and gas efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and security best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvements of the blockchain development lifecycle.
Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer with hands-on experience writing smart contracts.
  • Strong proficiency in Solidity and/or other smart contract languages (e.g., Rust for Solana).
  • Familiarity with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, or Solana.
  • Experience with smart contract frameworks and tools (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, Anchor).
  • Solid understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and token standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:


  • Experience integrating with Web3 libraries (e.g., web3.js, ethers.js).
  • Understanding of backend development or full-stack workflows.
  • Knowledge of decentralized storage solutions (e.g., IPFS, Arweave).
  • Experience with CI/CD and version control (e.g., Git, GitHub Actions).
