استخدام Senior Back-End Developer (.NET Core-دورکاری)

We are a design agency highly specialized in products and brands. We have more than 50 successful collaborations with tech companies in Iran. Currently, we’re expanding our business to Europe and North America. 

You will be working in an independent team of seven, for creating an online marketplace for a leading FMCG producer and distributer in Iran.

Job Description

As a member of the Back-End team, you will be participating in the process of designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining an Online Learning Management System (LMS) developed by Paradigm for a client.

You will be joining a remote team of 6 persons to develop and expand this web application further. It’s a small and agile team and we believe we’ve achieved so much already.

In Paradigm, we create teams based on projects and every team operates on its own authority within the organization under the leadership of the Product Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in solution design and development, deliver high-quality code
  • Ability to work remotely with a hybrid team
  • Ability to work with others in an Agile environment.
  • Drive team success through contributions to sprint planning, code reviews, project post-mortems, and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Be passionate and interested in new technologies.
  • Integration of data storage solutions (including databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc)
Requirements

  • +5 years of experience as a .NET Developer
  • Familiarity with the .NET framework design patterns
  • In-depth knowledge of .NET core infrastructure
  • Extensive experience using GraphQL
  • Advanced proficiency in .NET core Rest API
  • Capacity to use SQL  with ease
  • A flair for creating well-presented software that is technically sound
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-driven, flexible, and innovative
  • DDD/TDD experience
  • Should have exposure to CI/CD Process
  • Solid understanding and extensive experience with version control tools like Git, SVN, or Mercurial
  • Exceptional problem solving and ability to work independently
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum software development methodology
Preferred

  • MCSD or MCPD certification will be highly advantageous.
  • Have experience in Gitlab
  • Have experience in Jira, Trello, Asana
  • Have experience in TDD
  • Have experience with queuing services, message bus, publish/subscribe, web sockets, and worker threads
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or InformationTechnology
