Job Description

Responsibilities
-
Overseeing all digital marketing activities, including strategy development and execution, marketing automation, social media management, performance marketing, campaign management, acquisition and retention programs, referral programs, and marketing funnel optimization
- Creating and implementing an overarching omnichannel digital marketing plan for lead generation, acquisition, engagement, client retention, and referral aligned with business objectives
- Managing different marketing tools such as marketing automation tools, marketing analytics, etc.
- Developing campaign measurement plans, selecting digital key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimizing campaign performance
- Tracking and analyzing customer behaviors and interactions to drive personalized marketing efforts
- Conducting market and audience research using digital tools and platforms, leveraging site traffic data, historical campaign performance, competitive insights, and more
- Tracking and analyzing key metrics, such as conversion rates, customer retention costs (CRC), and customer lifetime value (CLV)
- Optimizing user onboarding processes and customer journeys to improve retention
- Proficiently interpreting and analyzing data from various sources across digital marketing campaigns, including email, display, search, social, etc. to drive crucial insights and identify opportunities for performance optimization
- Preparing regular reports on digital marketing activities 
- Researching, testing, and integrating new marketing technologies to ensure growth 
- Staying current with industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments
- Collaborating with different business functions within the organization, as well as external agencies 
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering collaboration, innovation, and skill development


Skills required

- Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on strategy development and execution
- Strong knowledge and experience in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Experience in performance marketing, campaign management, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Understanding of acquisition and retention strategies, referral programs, and marketing funnel optimization
- Product background or experience working closely with product teams
- Excellent leadership, project management, and people management skills
- Having a data-driven mindset besides strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the language learning industry market (preferred)
- Teaching knowledge or language learning industry experience (a plus)
