Job Summary:
- Translate identified business opportunities into concrete action plans and drive them to completion.
- Champion project execution by effectively allocating resources, prioritizing tasks, and holding teams accountable.
- Bridge the gap between teams, foster collaboration, and build consensus for new initiatives.
- Lead negotiations and secure agreements, ensuring win-win outcomes for the company and partners.
- Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Track progress against plan and proactively address any deviations.
- Manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve inter-team conflicts.
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress and address any concerns promptly.
- Decision Making and Prioritization:
- Analyze potential business opportunities and make informed recommendations for pursuit.
- Prioritize tasks and allocate resources based on impact and feasibility.
- Make swift decisions and take ownership of project outcomes.
- Negotiate resource allocation and project timelines with internal teams.
- Communication and Negotiation:
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Persuasively present ideas and proposals to win buy-in and secure resources.
- Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with potential partners and clients.
- Foster a collaborative and open communication environment within the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in a project management or execution role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence team members.
- Proven ability to manage conflict and resolve complex issues.
- Decisive and action-oriented, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and securing favorable business terms.
- Understanding of your specific industry or target market is a plus.
