Today you might be a User Researcher, Usability Researcher, UX Strategist, UX Analyst or the equivalent in your company...or something that we haven't heard of yet - we keep an open mind. About the Role:
- Work directly with the Design, Product, Technology and Marketing teams to better understand how users are interacting with our products through qualitative research and user testing
- Conduct user testing on design mockups, prototypes, beta versions, and finished products and features supplied by the team.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using a range of tools and approaches (e.g. interviews, ethnography, card sorting, surveys, etc) to answer Product and UX questions and produce new insights.
- Design testing methodologies and define timelines and scope to investigate those questions.
- Help to formulate research documentation to better understand our user behavior.
About you:
- 3+ years of experience conducting research on user experiences
- Experience writing and conducting user interviews
- Experience developing processes to organize work across multiple people and teams
- A strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
