Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of React Native applications, ensuring high-quality code and smooth functionality across various mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver scalable and efficient mobile app experiences.
- Participate in architectural discussions and provide valuable insights on best practices, performance optimizations, and emerging technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, identify areas of improvement, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in React Native, offering recommendations for process improvements and technological enhancements.
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and user-friendly mobile applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, addressing performance bottlenecks and ensuring the smooth operation of mobile apps.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and optimize network requests for seamless app performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in mobile app development with a strong emphasis on React Native.
- Extensive experience in JavaScript, React, and Redux.
- Proficiency in building and deploying apps for both iOS and Android platforms using React Native.
- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and the ability to translate designs into fully functional mobile applications.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, asynchronous data handling, and integrating third-party libraries.
