Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies, ensuring maximum visibility and organic traffic for the company's website.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify valuable opportunities for content optimization and ranking improvement.
  • Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and content to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using analytical tools to identify areas of improvement and proactively address SEO deficiencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our SEO efforts are in line with current standards.
  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to optimize content and drive successful SEO initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including keyword rankings, website traffic, and conversion rates to the management team.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in SEO management, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and industry tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.
  • Experience with website optimization techniques, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link building.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of other programming languages is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to clearly present complex SEO concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team of professionals.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a drive for continuous improvement and staying ahead of the curve.
