We are looking for a Help Desk who will be responsible for following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Follow standard help desk procedures
- Performing troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a help desk technician
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Administration experience with Microsoft Services
- Familiar with DevOps
- Familiar with VoIP
- Familiar with ESXI
