Our team need someone with these qualifications to join us as a Supply Specialist:
Requirement:
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
- experienced in cell phones and electronics.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to perform calculations and work with numbers and figures.
- Having a work order.
Responsibilities:
- Checking the prices and specifications of the goods and preparing the order, requesting a proposal from the suppliers for similar or substitute goods, obtaining a license from the relevant unit.
- Transfer orders to suppliers, control and ensure the supply of goods and send it to the warehouse.
- Control of the received goods with the ordered goods and transfer of information to the relevant unit.
- Prepare purchase orders, check consumption for goods.
- Inventory control, order point determination, order management based on supply budget.
