Our team need someone with these qualifications to join us as a Foreign Commercial Expert:
Requirement:
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to conduct external negotiations and correspondence.
- Familiar with the foreign trade process.
- Familiar with the rules and processes of order registration, currency allocation and customs affairs, etc.
- Strong problem-solving, communication.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Time management.
Responsibilities:
- Foreign purchasing processes, order registration affairs, currency allocation, comprehensive NTSW and EPL systems, fulfillment of banking obligations.
- Correspondence, contact, follow-up of orders and the final result of the purchase until the arrival of the goods.
- Pursue the receipt of foreign exchange guarantees and documentary credit.
- Coordination for transportation and clearance.
- Obtaining all business licenses, issuing and renewing business cards, issuing warranty IDs.
- Making the international contracts.
