استخدام Senior Front-End Developer

شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Okala, we are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer who will take ownership of performance, scalability, and maintainability of our front-end applications. In this role, you will design robust UI architectures, optimize performance at scale, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, production-grade systems. Your work will directly impact user experience, Core Web Vitals, and overall application health.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop clean, maintainable, and reusable front-end code using modern JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Architect scalable UI solutions with React.js and Next.js
  • Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and server-side logic
  • Optimize performance, speed, and scalability under high-traffic conditions
  • Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP/FID) using tools such as Lighthouse and Chrome DevTools
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and implement sustainable engineering improvements
  • Leverage observability tools to analyze application behavior in production
  • Design reusable business logic decoupled from UI components
  • Contribute to CI/CD workflows and ensure frontend reliability
  • Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of front-end development experience with JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
  • Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js
  • Deep understanding of HTML5, semantic web standards, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Advanced CSS3 knowledge, including preprocessors (Sass, SCSS, Less) and scalable CSS architectures (OOCSS, ITCSS, etc.)
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS and UI libraries (Material-UI, Ant Design)
  • Experience with modern state management solutions (Redux Toolkit, Zustand)
  • Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
  • Experience with observability and logging tools (e.g., Kibana, Elasticsearch)
  • Knowledge of Service Workers
  • Experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing (Jest, Cypress, Selenium)
  • Experience with Monorepo tools (Turborepo, Nx)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker
  • Experience with Git and version control workflows

    (Nice to have)
  • Experience debugging WebView-based native applications
  • Experience with Android emulators
  • Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor)
