استخدام Social Media Manager

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy for our online grocery app. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and be able to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, developing and executing social media campaigns, analyzing and reporting on social media performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure social media aligns with our overall marketing strategy.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty
  • Manage and maintain all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns, including organic and paid initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and copywriters, to ensure social media aligns with overall marketing strategy
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media channels
  • Analyze and report on social media performance, including engagement rates, follower growth, and ROI on social media campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and apply them to social media strategy

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the e-commerce or tech industry
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices, including Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Strong creative skills and ability to develop engaging and high-quality content
  • Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and ability to execute paid social media campaigns
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Passion for social media and ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Nice-to-have:


  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
  • Ability to develop social media guidelines and policies
