استخدام Senior Brand Analyst

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to lead the development and implementation of brand strategies for our online grocery ordering app. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing the brand identity, improving brand image, executing rebranding projects, conducting market research including brand awareness, user demographics, user personas and other branding research, collaborating with external agencies, and developing brand strategies that align with our business goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business goals
  • Create and manage brand identity, including visual and messaging guidelines
  • Manage brand image, and execute rebranding projects when necessary
  • Conduct market research to understand user demographics, user personas, brand awareness, and other branding research
  • Work with external agencies to execute branding initiatives, including advertising, PR, and events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Develop and manage budgets for brand initiatives
  • Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, and adjust brand strategies accordingly
  • Develop and execute brand activation plans that engage customers and drive brand loyalty
  • Stay current on industry trends and identify opportunities for brand differentiation

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the tech or e-commerce industry
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with external agencies and vendors
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies and techniques
  • Passion for building and growing brands

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with customer segmentation and targeting
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and PPC
  • Understanding of design principles and branding guidelines
  • Familiarity with UX and UI design principles
