استخدام Senior DevOps Engineer

شرح موقعیت شغلی

 At Okala Company, customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do. To help us build functional systems that improve the customer experience, we’re looking for a DevOps engineer responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet our customers’ needs.

The ideal candidate will have a background in software engineering or system engineering and be familiar with any programming languages. will work with developers and engineers to ensure that software development follows established processes and functions as intended.

Responsibilities:

  • Deploy updates and fixes, and provide technical support
  • Build tools to reduce the occurrence of errors and improve customer experience
  • Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues
  • Develop scripts to automate common problems
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

Requirements:


  • Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or relevant field
  • Experience in developing/engineering applications for a large company
  • At least 2 years of work experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • Deep Knowledge of Linux system management and administration
  • Outstanding scripting skills in Bash and Python
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL
  • Deep understanding of container orchestration (Kubernetes)
  • Familiar with ci-cd tools, Gitlab-ci is preferred
  • Experienced in configuring and Automating the monitoring and alerting tools
  • Knowledge of at least one CM system like Ansible;
  • Hands-On experience with networking principles (DNS, routing, firewalls, load balancing etc.)
  • Experience with messaging pub/sub systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka etc.)
  • Participate in On-Call rotation
