استخدام Senior Performance Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking an experienced Senior ECRM Specialist to lead our marketing efforts and drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing strategies, segmentation, personalization, and analytics.
 

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive SMS and Push notification marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Segmentation: Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and personalized campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, including promotional messages, lifecycle messages, and transactional messages.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI
  • A/B Testing: Continuously test and optimize creatives, subjects, and content to improve performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to develop compelling content and visuals.
  • Platform Management: Oversee the automation platform, ensuring its optimal performance, and integration with other marketing tech stack components.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest marketing automation best practices, technologies, and trends.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in marketing automation or ECRM roles.
  • Proficient in marketing automation platforms such as web-engage, customer.io, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
