استخدام Senior Business Analyst

شرح موقعیت شغلی

 At Okala, we are changing the game in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, creating a new online grocery shopping experience for Iranians. Our Growth team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a Senior Business Analyst.


Responsibilities:

  • Structuring interaction with customers across different channels and platforms, managing their issues, and making sure they’re addressed promptly
  •  Gathering and analyzing customer feedback by arranging surveys, and questionnaires and sourcing online reviews to identify opportunities for improvement
  •  Providing reports, analytical data, and related solutions to other teams based on their issues and goals
  •  Identifying and predicting trends in customer needs, requirements, preferences, and buying habits
  •  Designing KPIs and monitoring them to track the effectiveness of solutions
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate critical metrics and insights to management effectively.
  • Generate management reports regularly to communicate performance against targets and strategic objectives.
  • Prepare weekly business review reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable items.

Requirement:

  • +4 years of relevant work experience (experience in the E-Commerce industry is preferred)
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong skills in SQL and proficiency in Python.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
