• Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to final product delivery, ensuring a seamless and user-centric experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX researchers, product managers, and developers, to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and validate design concepts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and interactions effectively.
• Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and business goals.
• Maintain design consistency and standards across all products and platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest UI and UX design trends, tools, and best practices, and actively share knowledge and mentor other team members.

• Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization.

• Ability to define research objectives and develop research plans.
• Experience in generating actionable insights that inform design decisions and drive product improvements.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of UX research tools and software.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
• Up-to-date with the latest UX research methodologies and industry trends.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Ability to effectively communicate research findings and advocate for the user to stakeholders.
