استخدام Sales Supervisor

شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Okala, we are changing the game in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, creating a new online grocery shopping experience for Iranians. Our Sales team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as an Account Management Supervisor. 


Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with vendors/ brands
  • Analyzing and interpreting sales data under supervision
  • Strategic planning to improve vendor/ brand performance indicators
  • Providing reports agreed upon with vendors/ brands based on contract
  • Managing communications between vendors/ brands and internal teams
  • Introducing new products and suppliers based on market demand to increase product variety
  • Monitoring online and offline market conditions and competitor performance
  • Introducing and proposing campaigns based on market conditions, competitor performance, and relevant events
  • Negotiating with vendors to maximize product activation on the platform according to physical store inventory or events
  • Awareness and expertise in product group fluctuations for designing rapid responses to market changes
  • Managing negotiations with vendors/ brands to obtain their contribution on campaigns
Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturers in supervised subcategories
  • Team management skills
  • 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry or online businesses or advertising agencies
  • Ability to understand the needs of stores and turn them into practical solutions
  • Time management skills in a dynamic work environment with high growth rates
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Software skills and sufficient knowledge in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
