شرح موقعیت شغلی

At Okala, we are changing the game in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, creating a new online grocery shopping experience for Iranians. Our Marketing team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a ECRM Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive SMS and Push notification marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Segmentation: Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and personalized campaigns
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, including promotional messages, lifecycle messages, and transactional messages.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously test and optimize creatives, subjects, and content to improve performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and product teams to develop compelling content and visuals.
  • Platform Management: Oversee the automation platform, ensuring its optimal performance, and integration with other marketing tech stack components.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest marketing automation best practices, technologies, and trends.
Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in marketing automation or ECRM roles.
  • Proficient in marketing automation platforms such as web-engage, customer.io, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
