استخدام Sales Project Coordinator (خانم)

شرح موقعیت شغلی

 At Okala, we are changing the game in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, creating a new online grocery shopping experience for Iranians. Our Sales team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a Sales Project Coordinator.


Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages, or highlighting them for their manager’s attention
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, e.g. completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.

Requirements:

  • Having 2 years experience as an assistant at least
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party to confidential information
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Tact and diplomacy
  • A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
