Responsibilities:

Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of network devices such as routers, and switches.
Install and upgrade network device components and software, and integrate automation processes
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues
Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
Responsible for capacity, demand planning, and network performance
Responsible for Troubleshoot and resolving network issues

Requirements:

CCNA R/W is required
MTCNA or MTCRE are required
2 years working in the IT field
Knowledge of network and service security solutions
In-depth understanding of Routing and Switching Protocols
Fluency in network documentation
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
TeamWork ability and Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify network issues and implement appropriate solutions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks and threats.
Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
