Build features from start to finish. Begin with research or an idea, collaborate with design to draft a specification, then build, launch, and refine.

Responsibilities:


  • Navigate technical challenges and architect complex projects.
  • Take the lead and drive the strategic technical direction of engineering efforts.
  • Improve and iterate on existing features through A/B testing, and user or team feedback.
  • Help maintain our team's high impact on our growing community.
  • Play an active role in shaping the future of the product and business.
Competencies (Soft skills and Hard Skills):


  • 3+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Proficiency in Node.js development, with expertise in frameworks like NestJS, focused on designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Practical experience in microservice architecture.
  • Proficiency in SQL and No-SQL databases for seamless data management, especially in MySQL and Redis.
  • Ability to apply software craftsmanship principles (e.g., DDD, CQRS) and advocate for development best practices.
Gold Stars if you have:


  • Prior experience integrating with Delivery Systems (e.g., AloPeyk, Miare).
  • Hands-on experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab Pipelines.
  • Experience with agile delivery methodologies and backlog management tools like Jira—and actually enjoyed it!
