Novin Rasman seeks BI Specialists with advanced skills. The BI Team Lead manages BI solution development and implementation. They lead a team ensuring data accuracy and optimizing systems to deliver insights for decisions. Norma's focus is on building a proficient team for effective business intelligence.

- Lead BI team in designing, developing, and maintaining solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements and tech specs.
- Oversee data modeling, ETL, and data warehouse architecture.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and governance policies.
- Monitor BI system performance and conduct audits.
- Provide technical guidance, stay updated with trends, and communicate insights effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or similar roles.
- Proficient in BI tools, strong SQL skills, and database management.
- Familiar with data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent leadership, English communication, and collaboration skills; certifications are a plus.
Work condition:
- Working Days: Sunday-Thursday
- Working Hours: 8:30-17:00
- Location: District 1, Tehran.
