You will work with a dedicated and managed team in Iran but the company based in Australia and the product will be for Australia, USA and Europe Market.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Senior Software Test Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of our AI-driven health applications. This role requires expertise in QA testing and automated testing, with a strong focus on APIs, Selenium, and load testing. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a robust understanding of healthcare-related technologies, compliance, and testing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, covering both manual and automated testing approaches.
  • Conduct thorough API testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and security of integrations.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or other relevant frameworks.
  • Perform load and performance testing to identify and address potential bottlenecks, ensuring optimal application performance.
  • Collaborate closely with development, product, and engineering teams to identify testing requirements and build scalable testing solutions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report testing outcomes, providing actionable insights and recommendations for product improvement.
  • Stay updated on best practices, industry standards, and new testing tools relevant to AI and healthcare applications.
  • Mentor and support junior testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong emphasis on both manual and automated testing.
  • Proven expertise in API testing, automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium), and load testing tools.
  • Experience in testing AI/ML-driven applications is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
