استخدام Senior B2B Sales Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Nobitex is looking for a Senior B2B Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with high-value clients and organizations, helping them adopt Nobitex solutions, and ensuring a strong, trust-based client experience.


This is not a classic sales-only role. Success in this position comes from strong relationship-building, strategic follow-up, and converting trust into real business outcomes. This role plays a key part in expanding Nobitex’s institutional partnerships and long-term revenue streams.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and high-value clients
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions based on business context
  • Drive client onboarding and adoption through structured follow-ups and consultative sessions
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Legal, and Leadership) to support key client requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and pipeline progress

Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, client development, key account management, or relationship-driven roles
  • Proven ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client conversations simultaneously
  • Strong ownership mindset with disciplined and structured follow-up
  • Strong experience working with CRM tools and maintaining clear documentation
 


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Able to understand complex business needs and translate them into practical solutions
  • Comfortable engaging with senior executives, CFOs, founders, and business owners
  • Skilled at managing client expectations and creating a strong sense of partnership
 


Contextual Fit for Nobitex:

  • Understanding of regulatory, legal, and trust-sensitive environments in Iran
  • Familiarity with fintech, crypto-related businesses, import/export companies, professional traders, or institutional clients
  • Genuine interest in building sustainable, long-term collaborations rather than transactional sales
