At Nobitex, product design is about turning complex financial and crypto experiences into simple, reliable, and meaningful products for more than 11 million users. As a platform that works at the intersection of fintech, blockchain, and everyday financial decisions, we believe great design plays a key role in building trust, reducing complexity, and helping users make better decisions.
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape user-centered products across the Nobitex ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with a cross-functional team, including product managers, engineers and designers to comprehend design essentials and contribute your expertise to creating design prototypes, micro-interactions, and concepts.
What You’ll Do:
• Design impressive features by participating in all production process phases, from ideation to performance.
• Create an engaging customer experience based on product thinking principles to solve goals with cultivated clarity, and bring an iterative approach to all phases.
• Create user flows, prototypes, and wireframes at variable levels of fidelity, from rough concepts for brainstorming to development-ready exports to effectively communicate your ideas to the team.
• Assist the team in achieving high standards of superiority in providing satisfying user experiences.
• Work cross-functionally with PMs, developers, design systems, writers, and researchers to develop innovative solutions that are technically feasible.
• Maintain an awareness of industry trends, tools, principles, and best practices to continuously improve what we do and ensure a great customer experience.
• Enable the pack of UX metrics and direction for when research needs to be done.
• Collaborate, guide, and impact the team by sharing best practices and providing research directions and product direction.
What We're Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience turning problems into engaging design solutions and working in an agile environment with distributed teams and tools.
• Understand design processes and knowledge to balance technical limitations, user needs, and business objectives.
• Portfolio showcasing design problem-solving abilities, aesthetic understanding, and clear case studies of past projects.
• Excellent spoken, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in working with and contributing to design systems.
• Knowledge of analyze and work with both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Ability to turn open and unclear research needs into clear and effective questions, activities & results.
• Passion for learning new technologies and understanding user needs across a wide range of available opportunities.

• Being familiar with cryptocurrency industry and product growth concept is a strong plus.
