Nobitex is looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our blockchain team and help us develop and maintain Nobitex products.

Senior Python Developer responsibilities include writing, testing code, and debugging scripts that interact with multiple blockchains and APIs. To be successful in this role, you should have experience as a “backend developer” and work well in a team. Ultimately, you’ll build highly reliable blockchain applications that align with our business needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop products and features complying with best practices that meet business requirements.
  • Optimizing and refactoring applications by integrating new tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with the product, development, and support teams.
  • Documenting product development processes.
  • Maintaining server-side applications.
  • Oversee the compliance of applications with established quality standards.
Requirements:

  • +3 years of experience with developing software solutions.
  • Thorough comprehension and proficiency in Python programming.
  • Production level experience with Django, Flask, Celery, RabbitMQ, ‌Unit testing, Git flow
  • Accustomed to writing clean, readable, maintainable, and high-quality code.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems patterns and techniques (SOA preferred).
  • Experience with serialization techniques like JSON, binary, and Protobuff. 
  • Experience building, troubleshooting, and debugging systems. 
  • Experience in designing and building scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure distributed systems.
  • Good communication skills and alignment with the team.
Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with blockchain and cryptography techniques concepts and challenges.
  • Familiarity with enterprise wallet management systems.
