We are looking for a motivated and skilled Network and IT Specialist to join our team. You will provide advanced support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT services, focusing on network, virtualization, storage, and backup systems while optimizing performance with monitoring tools.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot network issues, including LAN/WAN configurations, firewalls, and routers (Cisco, MikroTik, and Fortigate).
- Support virtualization environments using VMware vSphere and VDI.
- Monitor and manage IT infrastructure using tools like Zabbix and PRTG.
- Manage and backup data using Veeam Backup for data protection.
- Troubleshoot and resolve storage issues with Dell EMC systems.
- Provide hardware support and maintenance for HP servers.
- Manage and support Microsoft Exchange environments.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide sustainable solutions to problems.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless and efficient IT service operations.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of operating systems: Windows Server (MCSE), Linux (LPIC 1 and LPIC 2).
- 2-4 years of experience in related fields.
- In-depth understanding of networking concepts: Cisco CCNA, MikroTik, firewalls (preferably Fortigate).
- Experience with virtualization: VMware vSphere and VDI.
- Experience working with backup tools: Veeam Backup.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools: Zabbix and PRTG.
- Experience with storage systems: Dell EMC.
- Experience in troubleshooting and providing hardware support for HP servers.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze high-level issues.
