Nobitex is looking for an experienced Offline Marketing Specialist who is fully proficient in ATL and BTL principles and techniques. The ideal candidate will excel in managing local campaigns and live events, with the ability to analyze campaign performance, produce comprehensive reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute advertising campaigns across traditional channels (billboards, print ads, sponsorships).
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to effectively implement marketing projects.
- Oversee event management and collaborate with vendors and organizers.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide insightful analysis.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in ATL and BTL concepts, including outdoor advertising, live events, and local campaigns.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in offline marketing or managing advertising campaigns.
- A proven track record of successfully executing offline campaigns that significantly enhance audience engagement or drive sales growth.
- Ability to produce comprehensive reports and perform detailed campaign analyses.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for budget management, data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent time and resource management with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for effective collaboration with teams, clients, and external partners.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency concepts and a genuine interest in working within this field.
- A relevant educational background in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline.
