Nobitex is looking for a talented content specialist to join our team to help drive our product communication and user engagement efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare textual guides (Help Documents) and tutorials for each feature and product in Nobitex.
- Create promotional texts for each feature and product, including new products and reminders of existing products and features
- Write initial scenarios and textual requirements for the marketing team to produce necessary videos and graphic files.
- Review texts related to marketing banners and other product-related marketing touchpoints.
- Draft communication texts for products in the form of emails and SMS.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation.
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry is required.
- Ability to use data-driven metrics to optimize content production strategies and increase user engagement rates.
- General knowledge of SEO.
- Ability to benchmark and proficiency in text and presentation software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Docs).
- Strong teamwork and effective communication skills.
