Nobitex is looking for an Experienced Strategic Planning Specialist to develop and implement strategic plans that will help the company achieve its business objectives.

Responsibilities:
•  Shaping the company’s overall business strategy.
•  Developing strategic plans that align with the company's long-term goals.
•  Assess the company’s and departments’ operational and strategic performance.
•  Implement competitors’ analysis to identify and suggest business insights.
•  Conduct research and gather data to support strategic decision-making.
•  Align processes, resources-planning, and department goals with an overall strategy.
•  Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic plans and make adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:
•  At least 3 years of experience in strategic planning, Business consulting, or a related field with a proven track record of successfully leading strategic planning initiatives.
•  Strategic and System thinking capabilities are crucial.
•  Knowledge of business operations and procedures.
•  Experienced in Excel and PowerPoint.
•  Excellent effective communication skills.
•  Familiar with agility concepts and tools, strong project management skills and experience in managing complex projects.

Nice to Have:
•  Having experience in financial analysis is a plus.
•  Having working experience in FinTech companies is a plus
•  Being Familiar with cryptocurrency industry and blockchain technology is a plus.
