شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a valued member of our design team, the role of UX Writer is crucial. Your primary responsibility will be crafting engaging and user-oriented copy that guides our users seamlessly through their journey.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the voice and tone of our digital products, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience across all services provided by Nobitex.

Collaboration with product managers, designers, and developers will be a key aspect of your job. By understanding user needs and preferences, you will create content that is concise, clear, and easily comprehensible.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to gain a deep understanding of user needs, and use this knowledge to develop user-centered copy and content throughout the product.
  • Write clear, scannable, and accessible microcopy, such as button labels, error messages, and tooltips, to enhance usability and guide users effectively.
  • Translate and integrate blockchain concepts seamlessly into our digital products.
  • Ensure consistency and maintain the intended tone across all platforms and digital products by carefully curating the microcopy.
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent language and messaging, while also raising awareness of the impact of UX writing.
Requirements

  • Previous experience collaborating with diverse teams to create high-quality content.
  •  Familiarity with usability and user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to understand technical constraints and adapt content accordingly.
  • Experience in writing for digital products and applying content strategies effectively.
  •  Proficiency in creating documentation and content guidelines as part of a design system.
  • Knowledge of the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry is advantageous.
