استخدام Software QA Team Lead

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software QA Engineering Manager to lead our quality assurance team. 
This role requires a strong focus on hands-on coding, project management, and team leadership. 
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, 
expertise in QA tools development, and an excellent understanding of software development methodologies. 
You will be responsible for driving the QA strategy, developing automated test solutions, ensuring product quality, 
and coordinating efforts across teams to meet project goals.


Responsibilities: 

 - Team Leadership & Coordination:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance and career development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring effective communication between QA, development, and product teams.
  • Plan and allocate resources to optimize team performance across multiple projects.
  • Regularly review team performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement. 
 - Project & Process Management:

  • Manage the QA lifecycle across projects from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality releases within deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define test strategies, timelines, and priorities.
  • Implement and continuously refine QA processes, methodologies, and tools to improve testing efficiency and product quality.
  • Identify and manage project risks, escalating issues when necessary and driving timely resolution. 
-  Technical & Coding Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and tools.
  • Contribute to writing and maintaining automated test scripts using coding languages like Python, JS, or similar.
  • Review code for test automation and quality tools to ensure best practices and high performance.
  • Work with development teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and resolve complex technical issues related to test automation and software quality.
- QA Tools Development:

  • Drive the design and implementation of in-house QA tools and frameworks to enhance testing processes and coverage.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies, tools, and practices to advance the testing capabilities of the team.
  • Ensure that test automation tools are aligned with the overall architecture and development stack.
- Quality Assurance & Metrics:

  • Develop and monitor KPIs to assess software quality and the effectiveness of testing efforts.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, regression and performance testing.
  • Provide regular quality reports, including test results, defect analysis, and recommendations for improvements.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record in managing teams and driving QA efforts in large-scale software development environments.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong coding skills in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript or similar.
  • Extensive experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, playwright, or similar.
  • Experience in designing and developing custom QA tools and frameworks.
  • Project & Process Management:
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Excellent ability to handle project timelines, resource management, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership & Communication:
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving & Analytical Thinking:14:09Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and drive efficient solutions.
Nice To Have:
Familiarity with Crypto-Currency industry.
Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., K6, Locust).
Understanding of DevOps practices and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
