The Marketing Department in Nobitex plays a critical role in building brand awareness, driving customer acquisition and retention, and promoting the company's products and services in the marketplace.

Nobitex is looking for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving results through data-driven strategies, possesses a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.



 



Responsibilities:



  • Build and manage campaigns across various channels to drive revenue and increase ROI.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy
  • Develop, communicate and monitor growth and efficiency targets for client campaigns and agency business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and development to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and user journeys for maximum conversion rates.
Requirements:



  • At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and/or other tracking software.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and web analytics tools
  • Hands-on experience in marketing automation concepts.
  • Data-driven and proven ability to analyze data 
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure, test & refine
Nice to Have:



  • Having Knowledge about the cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
