We are looking for a VOICE Engineer for one of our client in Iran.
Job:
Job:
- Installation of VoIP and Unified communication solution
- Configuration, troubleshooting IP PBX solution
- Activity reporting
- Participation in Presales activities to preset the capacity of he solution
- Capacity to train the customer or colleagues
Requirement :
- Deep expertise in VoIP ad ToIP Technology
- Familiar with Unified communication and Contac Center solution
- Experience with Asterisk or equivalent ( FreeSwitch, SIP Foundry,..)
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar fields
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Capacity to provide technical documentation ( Business and technical )
- Familiar with SIP and VoIP Regulation
Skills:
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows
- SIP Trunk
- Firewall
- Network and security related
- Dial Plan and routing strategy
- English ( reading, listening, writing)
