We are looking for a Full-time HR Administrative Specialist within our HR team at Nizek.
Key Responsibilities

Initial Recruitment Calls:
- Make initial phone calls to job applicants to schedule interviews and create a positive first impression.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, explaining the job role and steps in the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
ERP System Management:
- Create, update, and manage HR processes in the ERP system to increase efficiency.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data from the ERP system to share insights with management.
- Adjust and improve HR processes within the ERP system as needed.
Health and Social Security Insurance Management:
- Enroll and manage health insurance and social security for new employees, making sure all information is kept up-to-date.
- Help employees with questions about their insurance and follow up on any issues.
New Employee Onboarding:
- Plan and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that they have a smooth start.
- Explain company policies and processes to new employees, and record their information in the HR system.
Job Requirements
- Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, to interact effectively with applicants and staff.
- Experience with ERP systems in HR, with the ability to set up processes and generate reports.
- Familiarity with social security and health insurance processes, including how to record them in the system.
- Ability to produce clear reports and make ERP adjustments to improve processes.
